Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an eProcurement Manager to lead the vendor partner portal lifecycle, support internal/external users, and test new features. You will drive strategic procurement initiatives, partner across teams, and deliver measurable growth.

This is an individual contributor role with project-focused responsibilities. The role requires leadership in end-to-end procurement programs, data analytics, and collaboration across Supply Management, technology, finance, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–5 years management experience.
• 2–5 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects across supply management and procurement initiatives.
• Oversee supplier enablement and P2P and master data projects from design to rollout.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to implement innovative procurement solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights, dashboards, and continuous process improvements.
