Job summary

Mixpanel, a leading product intelligence platform, seeks a Procurement Manager in the US (hybrid, NYC area). You will lead a two-person team, manage organizational spend, and optimize procurement processes to unlock value and reduce risk.

You’ll partner with FP&A, Security, IT and Legal to streamline purchasing and educate colleagues on best practices. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, vendor management, data analysis, and a habit of continuous improvement, including leveraging AI tools

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, including team leadership.
• Experience with SaaS vendors and procurement programs.
• Proven ability to manage risk and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a two-person procurement team.
• Drive complex procurement projects across functions.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Security, IT and Legal on purchases.
• Build relationships with key vendors to maximize value.
• Introduce AI/tools to streamline procurement processes.
• Provide procurement training across the organization.
