Job summary

Vallen USA is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support procurement at customer locations. You will handle purchasing, expediting, vendor coordination, and ensure price, quality, timing, and supply reliability meet the organization’s standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of procurement experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP and inventory management systems helpful.
• Proficient with MS Office and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement activities to meet customer demand and align with purchasing strategies.
• Assess orders and expedite/de-expedite for optimal delivery.
• Place purchase requisitions and vendor PO's.
• Evaluate vendors and items for quality, pricing, and delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain supplier relationships and document cost-saving opportunities.
• Follow SOPs and ensure a clean, professional worksite.
