IES is seeking a Data Processing Specialist to support centralized purchasing across multiple locations in Florida. The role focuses on processing requests, maintaining accurate records, and creating purchase orders with precision.

You will manage a shared inbox, organize data in spreadsheets, and coordinate with vendors on orders, pricing, and availability. Strong Excel skills and clear written and verbal communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process purchasing requests via shared email inbox.

• Review requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Copy, transfer, and organize information from multiple sources.
• Communicate with vendors about orders, pricing, and availability.
• Track order status and maintain supporting documentation.
• Organize electronic records and reporting materials.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Assist with reporting and other administrative projects.
