The ideal candidate will manage data in spreadsheets, process high volumes of email, and maintain records while adapting to repetitive tasks. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process purchasing requests received through a shared email inbox.
• Create and submit purchase orders to vendors.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Review requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Copy, transfer, and organize information from multiple sources.
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, and product availability.
• Track order status and maintain documentation.
• Organize electronic records and supporting documentation.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies when needed.
• Assist with reporting and other administrative projects as assigned.
