Job summary

Choice Hotels International seeks a Business Analyst, Procurement Services to deliver data-driven insights and manage key contract and vendor documentation. You’ll help streamline procurement processes with a detail-oriented, analytical mindset and collaborate across functions to support sourcing decisions and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, procurement, supply chain, finance, or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with contract management, RFP processes, or vendor management is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards to track procurement KPIs, spend trends, and savings initiatives.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, vendor performance issues, and process inefficiencies.
• Support contract management activities, including tracking key terms, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain and organize contract repositories and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Conduct vendor performance analysis, including scorecards and comparative spend/quality assessments.
• Assist in the creation and administration of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including drafting requirements, distributing to vendors, and compiling responses.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and assist in implementing tools or workflows to increase efficiency.
• Document current-state procurement processes and support the design of improved workflows.
• Collaborate with category managers, finance, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and support procurement initiatives.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and summaries for leadership review.
