Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, or a related business function.
• Experience analyzing purchasing data, spend reports, and supplier performance metrics.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
• Familiarity with procurement systems, ERP platforms, or purchasing workflows.
• Understanding of supplier management, contract administration, and procurement best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and support day to day procurement activities.
• Analyze purchasing data, supplier performance metrics, and spending trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
• Maintain supplier records, contract information, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assist with sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations, and vendor onboarding activities.
• Support compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support purchasing decisions and operational planning.
