Job summary

You will create analytics, dashboards, and presentations to inform executive decisions and support supplier negotiations. The role also leverages AI tools to optimize workflows and supports IT purchase orders.

You will work with cross-functional partners, perform market research, and help standardize sourcing processes while contributing to contract documentation and procurement activities.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in business analysis or strategic sourcing.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams preferred.
• Individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain department dashboards, spend, and savings metrics.
• Develop polished presentations for leadership with sourcing insights.
• Support RFP/Information/Quotation processes with evaluation models.
• Apply AI tools to streamline sourcing workflows and productivity.
• Organize contract docs, negotiation workbooks, and market research.
• Lead negotiations for smaller-dollar agreements as directed.
• Own IT purchase orders process and ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain sourcing process docs and drive workflow efficiency.
