Job summary

USHG Home Office in New York is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Analyst who will partner with restaurant operations to optimize purchasing, sourcing, and vendor management. You’ll turn data into insights, negotiate with suppliers, and support inventory systems like Craftable to drive cost savings and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in hospitality supply chain, strong Excel/Tableau/Alteryx skills, and the ability to influence across teams while delivering reliable data-driven

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related supply chain experience.
• Experience in the restaurant/food industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of purchase order management and procure-to-pay processes.
• Ability to turn insights into operational actions.
• Proficient in Excel, Alteryx, and/or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing initiatives including RFPs, vendor searches, pricing analysis, negotiations, and recommendations.
• Manage vendor relationships and serve as contact with distributors and suppliers.
• Oversee purchase orders, distributor inventory, and pricing discrepancies.
• Assist onboarding and compliance with suppliers across internal teams.
• Support Craftable system setup, costing, invoicing, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain supply chain processes, SOPs, and training.
