Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Procurement Data Analyst in Denver to help build the analytics foundation for a rapidly growing procurement function. In this early-career role, you will own dashboards and data pipelines from day one rather than pulling static reports.

You will collaborate closely with the Manager of Procurement Data & Analytics and our data strategy partner, Aimpoint Digital, contributing to deliverables across Snowflake, Sigma, and core enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL; write and troubleshoot queries against data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards/reports in Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or comparable BI tools.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP) or project management platforms (Procore, Smartsheet).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain procurement dashboards and reports in Sigma.
• Support OFCI tracking workflows in Sigma to improve forecast visibility and milestone tracking.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from category managers and leadership with repeatable analyses.
• Maintain data pipelines and quality across Snowflake; ensure data from NetSuite, Procore, and others is accurate.
• Develop supplier performance and risk analytics to assist category managers.
• Help identify opportunities to reduce manual data work and build self-service tools.
