Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven Procurement Analyst to collect and analyze spend data across systems, build dashboards, and provide executive-ready reporting. You will map organizational spend, support KPI and strategic planning, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Analytics or Business; significant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze transactional spend data from multiple systems.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for leadership.
Create an organizational spend map and summarize spend by characteristics.
Assist with KPI, RFI, Strategic Plan, Health Check, and executive reporting requests.
Communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership; translate data into insights.
