Job summary

Alliant is seeking a procurement analyst to guide stakeholders through purchasing processes, manage procure-to-pay activities, and optimize supplier payments. You will work with finance, AP, sourcing, and vendor management to resolve issues and ensure timely settlements.

The role emphasizes data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting to support strategic decisions. Strong collaboration across teams and attention to data quality are key for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years work experience in finance, procurement or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience with procure-to-pay processes and supplier management.
• Strong data accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spend, supplier, transaction, and procurement performance data to identify trends and savings opportunities.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for decision making.
• Translate procurement data into clear insights explaining trends, business impact, and actions for leaders.
• Investigate procurement and invoice exceptions (pricing variances, duplicates, PO issues) and resolve them.
• Perform root-cause analysis of recurring issues to recommend preventive actions.
• Monitor transactions for policy compliance and data quality to support audits.
