Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Procurement Data Analyst in Mossville, IL for a 12-month, on-site assignment starting 16 November 2026. The role supports vendor management, analytics, and project budgeting to drive efficient procurement processes.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, developing reporting tools in Excel and Power BI, and partnering with procurement, supply chain, and operations to produce leadership-ready insights and improvements.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in business operations or procurement-related roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Masters considered.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve contracts, cost proposals and supplements.
• Approve project work breakdown structures and budgets.
• Review documentation of business processes for consistency.
• Approve budgets, monitor costs against budgets and controls.
• Forecast potential budget overruns and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with corporate and project teams on proposals.
