Dexian is seeking a Procurement Data Analyst to join a on-site team in Mossville, IL. The role focuses on vendor management and business analytics, using Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable insights for sourcing and capacity planning.

The position requires extensive procurement experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a hands-on environment at our facility. This is an on-site, full-time role with a 12-month duration and a fixed schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree acceptable.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills; proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.
• Approve project and work breakdown structures.
• Review and approve documentation of business processes.
• Approve project budgets and expenditures; monitor costs against budgets.
• Predict potential budget overruns and propose solutions.
• Consult with corporate offices, project managers, auditors, client and sub-consultant representatives on proposals.
• Prepare sub-agreements and review input sub-consultant invoices for compliance.
