Susquehanna International Group, LLP seeks an in-house procurement attorney in Bala Cynwyd to partner with the purchasing team on a broad range of procurement and commercial matters. You will draft, review, and negotiate software, technology, market data, and vendor agreements while advising on risks and terms that support business objectives.

Formación

• Minimum 3–4 years of procurement or commercial contracts legal experience.
• Experience negotiating technology, software licensing, and vendor agreements is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to liaise with all levels of management.
• Excellent organization, planning, problem solving, and analytical abilities.
• Discretion with confidential information and independent judgment in evaluating projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline legal support to procurement and vendor matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate software, technology, market data, professional services, equipment, and other vendor agreements.
• Advise purchasing and business teams on contractual terms and legal risks.
• Partner with information security, compliance, and internal teams to address vendor relationship issues.
• Assist with streamlining the purchasing and contract review process.
