Susquehanna International is seeking a procurement attorney to join our in-house counsel team in Bala Cynwyd, PA. You will work directly with the purchasing team to draft, review, and negotiate agreements across software, market data, and services, advising on risks and business objectives.

You will collaborate with security, compliance, and other internal teams, aiming to improve efficiency in contract reviews and vendor management while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–4 years of procurement or commercial contracts legal experience.
• Strong negotiation skills required.
• Strong organization, planning, problem solving and analytical skills.

• Provide frontline legal support on procurement and vendor matters for the purchasing team.
• Draft, review, and negotiate software, technology, market data, professional services, equipment, and other vendor agreements.
• Advise purchasing and business teams on contractual terms, risks, and practical solutions.
• Partner with information security, compliance, and internal teams on vendor relationships.
• Assist with streamlining the purchasing and contract review process.
