Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and bar admission.
• 3–4 years of procurement or commercial contracts experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline legal support on procurement and vendor matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate software, technology, market data, professional services, and other vendor agreements.
• Advise purchasing and business teams on contractual terms and risks.
• Collaborate with information security, compliance and other internal teams on vendor relationships.
• Assist with streamlining the purchasing and contract review process.
