Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Procurement Specialist to ensure timely availability of materials for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical operations in Pensacola, FL. The role collaborates with warehouse staff, managers, and vendors to optimize cost efficiency and inventory accuracy.

You’ll manage purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, and forecast purchasing needs while maintaining strong vendor relationships and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, Manufacturing, or Distribution is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and vendor negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials, equipment, tools, and supplies for multiple departments.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing when appropriate.
• Create and manage purchase orders and track orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock before shortages occur.
• Coordinate deliveries with vendors and warehouse personnel.
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.
