Hurlburt Heating, AC, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Materials & Procurement Coordinator to ensure technicians receive parts on time, manage purchasing, and coordinate inventory across the warehouse. You will build vendor relationships and expedite parts, while maintaining accurate stock levels.

This role blends purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse activities to support a responsive service team and keep jobs moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating procurement for HVAC/plumbing parts.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase orders and vendors.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Place stock orders for HVAC and plumbing inventory.
• Order special-order parts for technicians.
• Maintain purchase order lifecycle from placement to delivery.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing.
• Receive shipments and stock materials; stage parts for jobs.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits; monitor usage.
• Support warehouse operations and ensure clean, organized space.
