Job summary

Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support technicians with timely delivery of materials and equipment. You will ensure inventory accuracy, organize stock, and assist with purchasing and logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and shipments.
• Verify quantities and condition of materials received.
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for service and installation teams.
• Coordinate deliveries to and from job sites.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
• Assist with purchasing and inventory management.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant.
• Assist technicians in locating parts and materials.
• Accurately document inventory transactions using company software.
• Support other warehouse and operations projects as needed.
