Job summary
Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation is seeking a Manager, Procurement & Contracts to drive the contract administration for professional services, construction, and vendor agreements tied to capital and operating projects.
Collaborate with Design & Construction, Property Management, Finance, and Legal teams to build a formal procurement function, implement workflows, and ensure compliance with NYC Controller and PASSPort requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract administration.
- NYC capital budgeting or contract registration experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement and solicitation activities, developing scopes and schedules.
- Coordinate contract registration and approvals with multiple stakeholders.
- Review contracts, change orders, and payments for construction and services.
- Maintain PASSPort and internal systems; generate reports as needed.
