Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, public administration, legal studies, or a related field.
• Four (4) years of relevant program, procurement, or contract administration experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working with contract documentation, systems, or workflows.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI tools, and familiarity with contract management systems.

Aufgaben

• 35% Manage the contract intake and administration process, including initiating and maintaining contract records within the contract management system.
• Coordinate contract review and redlining with Legal and external suppliers, maintaining system updates and facilitating resolution until final approval.
• Assist Contract Manager in analyzing, developing, and implementing process improvements.
• Assist in creating standardized training materials to assist using departments to effectively administer contracts after execution.
• 20% Maintain database, dashboards and provide updates and reports on current contracts in process.
• 10% Facilitate communication among team members, including Legal, Information Solutions, Finance, using departments, and external partners.
• 5% Perform other duties as assigned.
