The position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of contract records within the contract management system while facilitating timely progression of agreements from initiation through final execution.
Program Coordinator II serves as a key liaison between Procurement, the Office of General Counsel, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers. The position ensures effective communication across all parties, helps resolve issues that may delay contract processing, and provides guidance to departments on contract submission requirements and procedures. In addition to coordination activities, the role supports process improvement initiatives, assists with the implementation and use of contract management systems and tools, and contributes to reporting and data analysis efforts that enhance operational visibility and efficiency across contracting functions.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, public administration, legal studies, or a related field.
Will also consider the following Equivalent experience: Four (4) years of relevant program, procurement, or contract administration experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
Experience working with contract documentation, systems, or workflows.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Artificial Intelligence tools, and familiarity with contract management systems.
