Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is partnering with a Financial Services Firm in Manhattan to bring an experienced Procurement Consultant to their team on a contract basis. The role focuses on day-to-day procurement activities, including requisitions and PO processing, as well as monitoring supplier delivery and generating procurement reports and dashboards.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of procurement experience, with strong ability to maintain supplier databases and respond to inquiries

This role is responsible for purchase order processing, spot buys & low-value purchasing, supplier delivery monitoring, procurement reports & dashboards.

Key Responsabilities:

• Assist with day-to-day procurement activities including requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and vendor communications
• Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases
• Resolve routine supplier issues by coordingating with internal teams and vendors
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to procurement documentation and contract status
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and reports
