Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a senior accounting leader in New Jersey to oversee monthly close, financial reporting, and treasury activities. You will supervise ERP systems, drive process improvements, and ensure GAAP compliance while mentoring staff.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in accounting, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong manufacturing/CPG exposure with advanced Excel and ERP skills. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to boost margins and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree; CPA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with cost accounting and inventory management.
