Job summary

Franchise World Headquarters, LLC in Shelton, CT is seeking a Manager, Procurement – COE to lead the procurement transformation, owning systems, data, analytics, reporting and governance infrastructure to prove value to the enterprise.

Reporting to the VP of Procurement, you will drive technology evaluation, spend analytics, savings tracking, and governance across Corporate Spend, IT, FAF, Beverages & Snacks, and collaborate with Finance/FP&A, IT and Legal.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in procurement or analytics, or finance/tech roles closely connected to procurement.
• Hands-on experience building a spend analytics capability with dashboards.
• Experience with at least one enterprise procurement/spend analytics platform.
• Track record designing and managing finance-validated savings tracking processes.
• Experience in build/transformation environments and tools adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and implementation of the procurement digital stack and analytics tools.
• Own technology performance, vendor relations, integrations, and user access.
• Coordinate IT data connectivity and ensure clean data flow across platforms.
• Champion tool adoption through training and ongoing support.
• Build and maintain the enterprise spend cube and executive dashboards.
• Design and own the procurement savings tracking methodology.
• Develop governance standards, policy documentation, and reporting outputs.
• Prepare leadership materials for VP Procurement, CFO, and executives.
