Job summary

Franchise World Headquarters, LLC in Shelton, CT seeks a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence to own analytics, governance, and reporting for the Procurement transformation. You will lead technology ownership, spend analytics, and savings tracking to drive EBITDA improvements and credible executive dashboards.

Reporting to the VP of Procurement, you will build the COE, implement tools, and partner with Finance/FP&A, IT, and Legal to scale procurement capabilities and governance across

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement, supply chain analytics, or finance related to procurement.
• Hands-on spend analytics and dashboard development.
• Experience with at least one enterprise procurement platform (Coupa/Jaggaer/Ariba, etc.).
• Track record of Finance-validated savings tracking.
• Build or transformation experience; implement new tools from scratch.
• Strong project management; PMP a plus.
• Advanced Excel and data skills; Power BI or Tableau proficiency.
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting (VP/CEO).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the enterprise spend cube and analytics foundations.
• Develop insights identifying savings opportunities across pillars.
• Produce dashboards for senior leadership with real-time spend visibility.
• Support sourcing with data-driven opportunity analysis and modeling.
• Own savings tracking methodology and finance alignment.
• Governance, reporting, and program management across COE.
