Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead enterprise capabilities powering procurement performance.

You will own the technology portfolio, end-to-end process strategy, analytics and M&A enablement, partnering across Finance, Legal, Risk and Transformation to deliver measurable value. The role governs a multi-year roadmap spanning data, AI-enabled capabilities, and operating rhythms that align strategy with execution, driving faster decisions

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive experience across Procurement, Operations, Analytics or related enterprise leadership roles.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience, including building and retaining teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Architect the Procurement operating model across strategy, process, technology and governance.
• Own the Procurement technology portfolio, roadmap and value realization.
• Lead end-to-end process ownership for intake, demand shaping, category planning, sourcing, contracting and supplier governance.
• Build and lead a high-performance Procurement COE spanning technology, analytics, transformation and governance.
• Drive adoption, change management and measurable value through enterprise stakeholder engagement.
• Lead M&A diligence and integration enablement within Procurement.
