Job summary

You will define strategy, governance and an integrated roadmap spanning sourcing, contracting and supplier management, partnering with Finance, Legal, IT and business teams to drive measurable value. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership across Procurement, Operations, Technology, Analytics or Finance.
• Strong experience in enterprise-scale transformation and portfolio management.
• Experience owning a portfolio of procurement technology platforms and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and align multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Procurement Operating Model and roadmaps across strategy, process, data and governance.
• Own the Procurement technology portfolio strategy, governance and value realization.
• Lead end-to-end Process Ownership across intake, category planning, sourcing, contracting and supplier onboarding.
• Lead M&A diligence and integration enablement for procurement across transactions.
• Govern the transformation portfolio and drive quarterly planning and executive reviews.
• Build and lead a high-performance Procurement Center of Excellence.
• Drive adoption, change management, training and executive communications.
