Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead enterprise capabilities across technology, process, data, analytics and governance.

The AVP will own the procurement technology portfolio, end-to-end process strategy, and transformation initiatives spanning sourcing, contracting, and supplier management. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership across Procurement, Operations, Technology or analytics.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience owning a portfolio of Procurement technology platforms and roadmaps.
• Deep knowledge of Source-to-Contract, sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding and analytics.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable procurement processes and data-enabled solutions.
• Experience with AI, automation and advanced analytics in enterprise workflows.
• Strong governance, risk, controls and data quality mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree or certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Procurement Operating Model and drive end-to-end design across strategy, processes, and governance.
• Own the Procurement technology portfolio and roadmaps, including platform orchestration and analytics.
• Lead enterprise process ownership for intake, demand shaping, category planning, sourcing and contracting workflows.
• Build an insight-led function delivering spend, supplier, performance and market intelligence.
• Lead M&A diligence, integration enablement and synergy realization for procurement.
• Govern the transformation portfolio with quarterly planning and executive reviews.
• Build and lead a high‑performing Center of Excellence spanning technology, process excellence and analytics.
