Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership across Procurement, Operations or related enterprise roles.
• Strong product-management and portfolio-management capability.
• Experience with M&A diligence, integration, separation and synergy governance.
• Experience building data products and executive insights.
• Experience leading significant change management, communications and adoption efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise capability for procurement transformation and Center of Excellence.
• Own end-to-end process architecture, governance, and operating model for procurement.
• Oversee procurement technology portfolio strategy, roadmap and value realization.
• Drive M&A diligence, integration enablement and separation strategy for procurement.
• Develop analytics and data product capabilities to support strategic decisions.
