Access is seeking a Procurement Associate to join our Corporate Services Team. You’ll oversee vendor onboarding, compliance, and data integrity in Salesforce, partnering with territories to ensure timely vetting and documentation.

In this role you’ll support the procurement process, assist with contracting, and help drive scalable, audit-ready workflows across multiple regions while maintaining a strong focus on collaboration and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting procurement or vendor onboarding in hospitality or events.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and document compliance.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Own vendor vetting workflow from start to finish.
• Ensure vendor documents are current and compliant.
• Maintain vendor files in Salesforce.
• Support cross-functional teams with procurement processes.
• Collaborate with territories to gather vendor information.
• Assist with vendor contracting activities.
• Improve procurement workflows and onboarding.
