Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Sr. Associate, Procurement Systems to own procurement tech configuration and continuous improvement. You’ll partner across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT and Security to translate needs into scalable workflows, controls, and integrations.

You’ll design new configurations, maintain documentation, and drive governance for changes, with a focus on efficiency and risk mitigation across the spend process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, P2P, or related field.
• Experience with procurement tools such as Zip, Coupa, Ariba, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting system implementations or transformations is highly preferred.
• Exposure to T&E platforms (e.g., Navan) and procurement catalogs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day configuration of procurement and travel & expense platforms, including routing and user permissions.
• Design and build new procurement workflows and configurations based on evolving needs.
• Maintain scalable configuration architecture and standards for changes.
• Manage system enhancements, testing, releases, and deployments.
• Partner with procurement platform partners on product enhancements and roadmap.
• Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration records, and process maps.
• Design system-based controls to enforce policies, delegation, and spend thresholds.
• Configure automated routing to route transactions to appropriate stakeholders.
• Identify control gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, Security, and Compliance on control requirements.
• Establish change-control and governance for procurement system configuration.
• Monitor configuration effectiveness and propose improvements from audit findings.
