Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and solicit quotes for products and services.
• Process approved agency requisitions for needed products and services.
• Work closely with vendors, accounts payable, and end users to resolve issues related to order fulfillment, product quality, and invoicing.
• Prepare vouchers, requisitions, and purchase orders for Purchasing supplied items.
• Process internal office supply orders from Purchasing stock items.
• Assist internal walk-in customers.
• Maintain purchasing stock areas and inventory records.
