Job summary

The role supports the Procurement Manager with extensive independence, focusing on contract administration and public procurement processes, including preparing agenda items and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business with major course work in procurement or closely related field.
• Professional CPPB or NIGP-CPP certification required.
• Five years of professional procurement experience; contract experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and issues solicitation documents (ITB/RFP/RFQ).
• Performs contract administrative duties for ongoing contracts.
• Facilitates bid conferences, site visits, bid openings and evaluation meetings.
• Drafts contracts, amendments, extensions and terminations to ensure compliance.
• Maintains contract register and monitors performance against requirements.
