Responsibilities

• Manage complex procurement functions including vendor selection, Bid/RFP development and evaluation, contract development, negotiation, and maintenance.
• Monitor vendor performance, vendor relationship management, and conduct cost analysis.
• Handle contracting activities such as contract development, amendments, tracking and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with procurement rules, regulations, statutes, and internal policies; maintain accuracy and timeliness.
