Job summary

Stellent IT LLC is seeking a Procurement Analyst in Atlanta, GA for a 6+ month hybrid engagement (3 days on site, 2 days remote). The role focuses on contract administration within the procurement department and requires experience in procurement processes and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities include supporting a mainframe IT environment, overseeing routine procurement tasks, and coordinating contract end-date reviews with a small team. Prior procurement experience is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement processes and contract administration.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and data entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, operates computer and peripheral equipment.
• Performs clerical and maintenance tasks in support of a mainframe computer complex or other large centralized IT system.
• Program/project management for contract administration within client's procurement department.
• Essentially, taking over the project(s) for all of the departments contract administration in conjunction with 1-2 other staff members.
• Processing routine tasks and reviewing any changes or upcoming contract end dates.
• Procurement experience is highly desired.
