reSOURCE Government Services STAFFING is hiring a Procurement Analyst for City of St. Cloud, FL. The position is a CONTRACT role with full-time hours (M-F, 7am-4pm) at St. Cloud City Hall. Requires ability to pass criminal background check and drug testing.
The role supports the Procurement Manager with extensive independence, focusing on contract administration and public procurement processes, including preparing agenda items and resolutions.

This position is one of administrative support to the Procurement Manager, but with considerable independence, with emphasis on contract administration. This position reports to the Procurement Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in business with major course work in procurement, inventory control or closely related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Professional certification as Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) or NIGP Certified Procurement Professional (NIGP-CPP) required at a minimum. Five years of professional experience in Procurement. Contract experience required, with a thorough knowledge of public procurement as it relates to the contract solicitation process, contract development and contract administration. Must possess and maintain a valid state Florida Driver’s License with an acceptable driving history.
