Job summary

The City of St. Cloud's Procurement Services seeks a Grant Manager to administer the city’s grants program under a contract with reSOURCE Government Services.

You will lead pre-award planning, grant applications, budgeting, reporting and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Ideal candidates will manage the full grant lifecycle, coordinate with internal departments and external partners (HUD, DOJ, FEMA, JAG, RTP, HMGP, etc.), and ensure timely reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Financial Management or related field with six (6) years of government/grant experience.
• Experience administering public-sector grant programs with diverse funding sources (HUD, DOJ, FEMA, JAG, RTP, HMGP, etc.).
• Experience managing full grant lifecycle from opportunity identification to closeout and audits.

Responsibilities

• Administer the City of St. Cloud's grant management system.
• Assess new grant opportunities and applications for alignment with city priorities.
• Write and develop grant proposals to secure funding from diverse programs.
• Provide guidance to departments and ensure compliance with laws and contracts.
• Coordinate budgeting, reporting, and performance metrics across programs.
• Create and manage a centralized grants tracking and reporting system.
