Job summary

Ramp in San Francisco is seeking a high‑impact leader to hire, onboard, and develop Procurement Activation Specialists; own their ramp from week one to full independence, and foster a culture where CSMs, AMs, and AEs come to your team before things get complicated.

You will define the playbook for procurement activation, turn field patterns into product feedback, and partner with Sales, AM, CSM, and Product leadership to standardize handoffs and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Procurement depth including procure-to-pay workflows and vendor management.
• Experience mentoring ICs and developing talent with tangible impact.
• Ability to influence across AE, CSM, AM, and VP levels.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and develop Procurement Activation Specialists; own their ramp from week one to full independence.
• Run structured 1:1s and coaching to move ICs from reactive to proactive.
• Build a team culture where CSMs, AMs, and AEs come to your team first before things get complicated.
