Job summary

Ramp is seeking an Enterprise CSM, Bill Pay & Procurement Specialist to guide upmarket customers through onboarding and activation of Ramp’s AP automation products. You will configure workflows, align with internal processes, and drive adoption and compliance across high-value accounts.

You'll partner with Product and Engineering to surface insights, troubleshoot issues, and influence the enterprise activation motion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Implementations for AP/Procurement products.
• Strong project and time management skills with multiple customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to explain complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise accounts through end-to-end onboarding of Ramp Bill Pay and Procurement.
• Educate customers on AP workflows, procurement best practices, approval logic, and vendor management.
• Proactively identify blockers to maintain momentum and adoption of Ramp solutions.
• Become expert in Ramp’s Bill Pay & Procurement capabilities and collaborate with Product/Engineering to resolve issues.
