Job summary

Ramp's Procurement Product Activation Manager role puts you at the center of how customers modernize buying. You’ll design, configure, and launch Ramp's procurement product with CFOs, controllers and finance ops, turning broken processes into a streamlined system that everyone uses.

You bring deep P2P experience, strong discovery skills, and the ability to own multiple implementations end-to-end while guiding product and engineering with concrete feedback.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in procure-to-pay processes, including PO creation, approvals, and ERP integrations.
• Proven ability to run multiple implementations with strong stakeholder management.
• Excellent discovery and requirement-gathering skills with C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to move quickly and independently, shipping features and updates.
• Sharp product judgment to distinguish user error from real limitations.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement implementations from close to go-live.
• Map workflows with CFOs and finance teams to design future-state.
• Handle bundled procurement and Bill Pay activations when needed.
• Provide structured feedback to Engineering and Product.
• Collaborate with sales and account managers on pre-close questions.
