Ramp Corp. is seeking a Procurement Product Activation Manager in the United States, focusing on configuring and launching Ramp's procurement product for Commercial and upper Mid-Market customers.

You will work with CFOs, finance ops, IT, and legal to map workflows, drive change, and ensure go-live readiness. This role blends process consulting, product expertise, and relationship management to replace broken purchasing with a streamlined system used enterprise-wide.

Formación

• Procurement-to-pay expertise with PO creation, routing, and invoice matching.
• Ability to run structured discovery and guide stakeholders through configuration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Ability to move fast and adapt to changing features.
• Strong judgment to distinguish user error from product limitations.

Responsabilidades

• Own procurement implementation for Commercial and upper Mid-Market accounts from close-won through go-live.
• Partner with CFOs and finance teams to map workflows and design future-state on Ramp.
• Cover procurement and Bill Pay when bundled.
• Provide structured product feedback to Engineering and Product.
• Collaborate with AEs and AMs on pre-close questions or expansions.
