Job summary

Ramp is seeking an Enterprise CSM to drive the onboarding and adoption of Bill Pay and Procurement for upmarket customers. You will guide implementations, configure workflows, and help customers operationalize Ramp’s tools to accelerate value, efficiency, and compliance.

This role shapes Ramp’s activation motion for enterprise accounts. You will partner with Product and Engineering to surface insights, manage multiple activations, and communicate progress to customers with a focus on measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Implementations for AP/Procurement products.
• Strong project/time management skills with multiple customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain complex workflows clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for Ramp Bill Pay and Procurement with fast, accurate deployment.
• Educate customers on AP workflows, procurement best practices, approval logic, and vendor management.
