Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Zip Administrator in Palo Alto, CA to own configuration, administration, and improvement of our Zip intake-to-pay platform. You will bridge Procurement, Finance, Legal, Sourcing, and IT to ensure efficient, compliant workflows and scalable solutions.

The role combines Systems Administration, Business Analysis, and Project Management with SAP integrations and ongoing process enhancements across the procure-to-pay lifecycle. Hybrid work with Tue-Thu in-office, remote Mon & Fri.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, business systems administration, or related role.
• 3+ years administering workflow-based applications or enterprise systems.
• 2+ years configuring workflows, forms, and routing logic within Zip or similar.
• Strong procurement, P2P/S2P understanding and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes.
• Proven communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Zip workflows, forms, approvals, routing logic and rules.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Sourcing, and IT to gather requirements.
• Administer Zip platform access, support, and production incidents.
• Manage tickets in Jira and communicate status and resolutions.
• Support integrations between Zip and SAP and other ERP systems.
• Monitor workflows and platform performance; identify efficiency and compliance improvements.
• Coordinate testing for enhancements and platform upgrades, including UAT.
• Document configurations, workflows, and support procedures for audit readiness.
• Troubleshoot data flow, integrations, and process issues across procurement ecosystem.
• Lead or support procurement systems projects and automation initiatives.
