Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Procore System Administrator to join the Data Center team. You will optimize the construction management platform, empower project managers and field teams, and ensure data integrity through reporting and streamlined workflows.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years as a Procore admin, knowledge of RFIs/submittals/change orders, and strong analytical/reporting skills. A relevant degree and Procore certification are preferred, with flexible work options and

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct, hands-on experience as a Procore superuser or administrator.
• Strong knowledge of construction workflows and documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver training to non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating custom reports, auditing data integrity, and supporting system integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, IT, or equivalent; Procore Certified Administrator preferred.
• Experience with OPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: manage settings, user permissions, and templates for secure access across teams.
• User Support & Training: act as in-house SME, delivering troubleshooting, onboarding, and training.
• Data Management & Reporting: build dashboards and reports for real-time leadership visibility.
• Integration & Process Improvement: integrate Procore with ERP and accounting systems.
• Platform Optimization: monitor performance and stay current with Procore features to refine workflows.
