Job summary

JANSON Communications, Inc. in Fairfax, VA seeks a Procore Analyst to support, administer, and optimize our construction management platform.

You will bridge Project Management, Field Ops, Accounting, and Leadership to ensure Procore is used effectively across the organization. You will develop weekly health reports, monitor budgets and schedules, and maintain dashboards to enable leadership to evaluate multiple projects and forecast outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years supporting Procore or construction platforms.
• Hands-on Procore admin experience.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Procore data quality and ensure project information is accurate.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change events, and commitments in Procore.
• Develop weekly project health reports and dashboards.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and forecasting with leadership reporting.
• Coordinate with PMs and accounting to reconcile discrepancies and improve processes.
