Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division seeks a Procore Implementation Manager to lead deployment, administration, and ongoing improvement of Procore and PMIS for RK&K and its clients.

You will work with project teams, internal departments, and client stakeholders to understand business needs, configure effective solutions, establish consistent processes and SOPs, train users, and support successful system adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
• Experience with Procore or other PMIS platforms in construction/engineering environments.
• Gather requirements, evaluate processes, configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and communicate solutions clearly.
• Strong organizational & communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procore and PMIS implementations from planning through deployment and support.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, map processes, and recommend improvements.
• Configure Procore settings, templates, permissions, workflows, and project tools.
• Support document control, submittals, RFIs, reports, and cost management.
• Develop templates, governance procedures, and admin documentation.
• Coordinate data migration, integrations, testing, and issue resolution.
• Create training materials and deliver user guides for admins and end users.
• Provide ongoing system administration and user support, manage enhancement requests.
