Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is seeking a Procore Implementation Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing improvement of Procore and other PMIS for RK&K and clients.

You will collaborate with project teams, internal departments, and client stakeholders to understand needs, configure solutions, train users, and promote system adoption across projects and programs.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or experience in construction management, engineering, information systems, business, or project management.
• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
• Experience with Procore or other PMIS platforms in construction, infrastructure, or capital programs.
• Understanding of document control, field reporting, cost management, changes, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procore and PMIS implementations from requirements through deployment and support.
• Document requirements, map processes, and recommend improvements.
• Configure Procore settings, templates, permissions, workflows, and user access.
• Develop admin documentation, governance procedures, and SOPs.
