Job summary

RK&K Construction Management Division is seeking a Procore Implementation Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing improvement of Procore and other PMIS for RK&K and clients. You will work with project teams, internal departments, and client stakeholders to understand business needs, configure solutions, train users, and support successful system adoption.

This role emphasizes standardized processes, governance, data integrity, and effective user support across projects

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering, configuring or supporting Procore.
• Experience with Procore or other PMIS platforms in a construction/engineering environment.
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes and communicate solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procore and PMIS implementations from planning through deployment and support.
• Document requirements, map processes, and propose system improvements.
• Configure Procore settings, templates, permissions, workflows, and forms.
• Develop templates, governance procedures, and admin documentation.
• Provide training and user guides for administrators and project teams.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support oversight and decision-making.
